As the name implies, The Brook was founded with the principles of transparency, flexibility, relentless progress, and pristine ethics. It owns 100% of both Vivacity SAL- Pharmaceutical Distributor & Prodigy SAL- FMCG Distributor.

Our Founder
After working for more than 24 years with leading FMCG multinationals – 19 of which were spent at Nestle – in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, Roger Meguerdichian decided to fulfill his longstanding wish of returning to his homeland, Lebanon, and leverage his business expertise.
In 2014, he founded along with his partners (ARP Holding and JEG Holding), The Brook Investment Holding, a company dedicated to bringing innovative practices to the distribution sectors in Lebanon.
Seeing an opportunity to elevate the pharmacy distribution channel, Roger established Vivacity SAL as a model for excellence at in-store execution. He decided to partner up with pharmacies and accelerate their evolution from a medicine-focused business model into a holistic destination, leveraging the Child & Personal Care segments.
His successful implementation with Vivacity prompted him to apply this methodology to the FMCG distribution sector. In 2018, he founded Prodigy SAL as an FMCG distribution company that follows the same result-driven practices and winning strategies within the retail distribution channel.
